161CNQ... Units
The 161CNQ non isolated, center tap Schottky rectifier module
series has been optimized for very low forward voltage drop, with
moderate leakage. The proprietary barrier technology allows for
reliable operation up to 175 C junction temperature. T y p i c a l
applications are in switching power supplies, converters, free-
wheeling diodes, and reverse battery protection.
